We are seeking an RN with BSN and active Texas License, or active multi-state compact RN license, clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions, with at least 3-5 years experience in an acute care setting that is Labor and Delivery (No ADN, new grads, will be considered). RN with extended women services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the physician and healthcare team in the delivery of patient care, utilizing the nursing process.
Provides professional nursing care to patients, including conducting nursing assessments, assisting with exams and treatment, patient education, and maintenance of medical records.
Coordinates the planning for the delivery of nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and administers appropriate clinical decisions in the delivery of patient care.
Participates in a systemic, interdisciplinary, and ongoing evaluation of programs, process improvement and desired client-centered outcomes.

Licenses/Certifications:
Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
Certified in Basic Life Support
Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements

Position Details:
Full Time Nights.
Level 4 Maternal Designated Facility
12 labor beds, 19 antepartum beds, 4 swing beds
Approximately 400-450 deliveries a month.

Salary Range;
$70,000 – $105,000
